feeling undervalued by the system that employs them. Content that is honest,

grounded in what caregivers actually experience, and directed at the right

audience converts far better than polished promotional material.

We encourage partners to show up in ways that feel authentic and aligned with

their audience. What we do ask is that all content is accurate, ethical,

and uses your official referral link so your referrals are correctly attributed.

Performance-based means you earn only when results happen — no results, no payment,

but also no ceiling. There are three earning streams. For every caregiver who

enrolls in the Launch Program (USD $1,997) through your link, you earn USD $499.25.

For every Readiness Program enrollment (USD $57), you earn USD $19.95. For every

40 genuinely qualified caregivers from your link who attend a live KerlHive session,

you earn a flat USD $100 bonus — with no purchase required from them at all.

KerlHive handles all conversion, sales, and payment processing. You never pitch

anyone. Your dashboard tracks every click, referral, and earning in real time.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within five business days of each

month close. Payments are made via PayPal, Wise, or Stripe — you choose which

at account setup. All payouts are in USD. There are minimum payout thresholds

per earning stream: two Launch enrollments (USD $998.50) or five Readiness

enrollments (USD $99.75) before a stream releases. If a threshold is not met

in a given month, earnings roll over and accumulate until it is. Attendance

bonuses are paid once the 40-qualified-attendee threshold is reached within a

single qualifying session. You are responsible for all tax obligations in your

jurisdiction as an independent contractor.

Yes. Your partner dashboard tracks everything in real time — referral link clicks,

caregiver registrations attributed to your link, session attendance counts,

commission accruals per stream, and payout status. You do not have to chase

payments or send invoices. Everything is visible in the dashboard before, during,

and after each payment cycle. If you ever notice a discrepancy between what your

dashboard shows and what you receive, you can raise it in writing to

hello@kerlhive.com and the team will respond within five business days.

No exclusivity clauses. You can run other partnerships, promote other products,

and maintain other business activities simultaneously. There are no mandatory

posting schedules or minimum monthly content requirements. The program is built

around genuine referral activity rather than output metrics. The one thing to

be aware of is the inactivity clause: if you generate zero qualified referrals

and no verifiable promotional activity over a continuous 60-day period,

KerlHive may classify your account as inactive and suspend your referral link.

You would receive a notification first and have 14 days to respond or reactivate.

The initial agreement term is three months from the date you sign. This is not

a lock-in — it is the period during which your link is active and your

performance is evaluated. You can exit at any time by giving seven days written

notice to hello@kerlhive.com. Any validated earnings you have accrued before

your exit date will be paid at the next monthly payout cycle.

The agreement does not auto-renew. At the end of the three months, both parties

need to confirm in writing to continue. If the program is not the right fit,

there is no penalty for walking away.

You are redirected automatically to the KerlHive onboarding flow at

profile, and your unique referral link and live dashboard are generated

instantly. You will also receive a welcome email with your link, your

dashboard access, and an invitation to join the private Hive Partners

Circle — the WhatsApp community where partners receive session schedules,

promotional guidance, and direct support. From the moment you sign to having

an active link in your hands takes under ten minutes.

KerlHive programs are designed specifically for experienced caregivers — people

with at least one year of professional caregiving experience who are based in

the UK, US, Canada, Europe, or Australia. The programs help them move from

agency employment to running their own independent care practice. Partners who

perform best have audiences that fit that profile closely: care workers, home

health aides, community carers, healthcare assistants, and similar professionals.

General lifestyle, wellness, or health audiences without a direct caregiving

focus tend to convert very poorly regardless of their size.
